Why we started

We kept hearing the same thing from neighbors: I called four window cleaners and only one called back. The one who called back never showed up. Window cleaning isn't complicated work, but doing it well, on time, every time, the way a homeowner or shop owner actually wants, turns out to be rare.

Porter Solutions exists to be the easy choice in that conversation. We answer the phone. We send the quote. We show up in the window we promised. We finish the job. And then we make it easy to do it again.

How we work

We're owner-operated, which means the person who quotes the job is the person who shows up. We're fully insured. We use professional water-fed pole systems for tall and second-story glass, hand-detail every sill and track, and do a final walk on every job so you can see exactly what we did.

We work residential, commercial storefront routes, and post-construction final-clean for builders. If you're not sure what you need, we'll tell you straight, and tell you when a job doesn't need everything.

Why we're called Porter Solutions

Window cleaning is what we do most, and it's the thing we're built around. But Porter Solutions LLC was started as a way to help local Treasure Valley folks with a few different things. So if you ever need photography (real estate listings, business headshots, family portraits) or some friendly small-business tech and website help, we offer those too. Window cleaning always gets scheduled first; the other services are by request. Just reach out if you're curious.

Where we work

We run regular routes through Boise, Meridian, Eagle, and Nampa, plus Kuna, Star, Garden City, and Caldwell. We also cover McCall by request. It's outside the Treasure Valley but close enough to our hearts that we say yes when the project is right. If your town isn't listed and you're close, give us a call. We'll tell you straight.
